Price is the number one reason why people don't travel. Flights can be pricy, but they don't have to be!
One of the first things people ask me is how I can afford to travel so often. Well my friends, it is all about finding deals and having a flexible schedule.
If you don't have a subscription to travel deals, I suggest you stop reading this and immediately sign up. This is how I first started thinking about traveling and even found some great deals! Here are some of my favorite sites I frequent often and with technology today most of them even have apps!
Google Flights (flights)
ASAPtickets (international flights)
travelzoo (flights, excursions, hotels, etc.)
travelpirates (flights, excursions, hotels, etc.)
Great! Now that you've subscribed to those sights you can keep an eye out for amazing deals and trips!
Also, I would suggest following airlines on twitter and facebook (don't have one- get one) because a lot of the airlines will post their one day flash sales on there. I once got a ticket from Long Beach, California to Salt Lake City, Utah for $19. That's less than a meal at the airport! I also got a round trip flight from LAX to Chicago for $46! My best deal yet! It pays to have social media just for the flash sales, trust me!
